CrossHatching Brushes for Krita

Hello, MossCharmly here. We wanted to help you improve your Comic or Manga in Krita with these 5 new Crosshatching brushes we made.  They’re all free which is awesome.   First we’ve got to give you the details about how cool these brushes are and how you can use them.  

Introducing the Five CrossHatching Brushes…

CrossHatching Brush: This brush makes a crosshatching pattern.

Hatching Brush -45: This brush makes hatching lines at a -45 degree angle.

Hatching Brush 45: This Brush makes hatching lines at a 45 degree angle.

Hatching Brush Horizontal: This Brush makes Horizontal Hatching lines.

Hatching Brush Vertical: This Brush makes Vertical Hatching lines.

These Brushes are made so that each brush works together to have a uniform crosshatching look. Having these brushes makes crosshatching your art in Krita a breeze. Now it will be much more efficient for you to add crosshatching in your comic/manga or art in Krita.

These brushes came about because we wanted to figure out how to have the cool crosshatching effect in our comics/manga and art. So we experimented in Krita’s brush engine and made some for ourselves. But we love reading comics and manga and seeing cool art so we are sharing them with you. We hope these brushes can assist you whether they help you add crosshatching to your new manga or comic or you add them for cool effects while you’re making awesome art.
